 YOUR RESPONSE?"I don't want to believe what they believe!" FRIEND, ARE YOU HOOKED on the idea that Christianity itself cannot be genuine because Christians are hypocrites? Do you doubt the truth or reliability of the Bible, power of Jesus Christ, and the reality of becoming truly Born Again - all because of the lack of godly living by some professing Believers in the Church and in our culture? Do you agree with what the Bible says, "There is no one righteous, not even one." - that no one is sinless, even Born Again Christians - but that by confessing our sin before God, He alone accomplishes the redemptive work? "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 Mercifully, Christians have been justified by the confession of their faith in God through Jesus Christ, the Creator Himself - who planned our rescue before Creation! Christians have accepted the Holy Bible as Truth - God's Word - and believed in the declaration of Jesus: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 FRIEND, ARE YOU HOOKED on the idea that Christianity cannot be the answer to true freedom, fulfillment, and peace? Do you believe life would be 'restricted'? Don't you agree that freedom from sin and guilt, coupled with real purpose, provides true freedom and fulfillment? Don't you think that an Infinite, Personal, and Loving God would desire that we experience the great joy of His Creation and His Glory? |
